(1) GIFTS

Can I send a gift direct to the recipient?

Orders can be sent directly to a recipient along with a gift message which can be specified at checkout. Please notify us in the notes to seller box as you make your PayPal payment.No pricing information is included with any orders.

Do you offer gift packaging?

All our products come packaged beautifully in acid-free white tissue paper closed with a Happy Piece sticker. We don't currently offer any additional gift packaging but hope to do so in the future.

(2) PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept PayPal for payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay, however.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. PayPal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We will be offering wholesale orders in the new year. If you would like to be sent our wholesale information when it becomes available, please contact us and include your business details in your message.

What is your exchange / return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us. If your item arrives damaged please return it within 14 days and we will endeavour to replace it. As many of our products have limited availability this may not always be possible. In the event that we can't replace it we will offer a refund.

(3) SHIPPING

How long will delivery of my order take?

We ship all orders 1st class Royal Mail from the UK. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing. Items are shipped with NO tracking number. If you would like a tracking method, the item will have to be shipped recorded delivery which incures an extra cost. Please message us after you buy your products if you want it to be shipped this way and we will invoice you for the extra shipping cost.

If you need expediated shipping, please contact before ordering so we can find out the price.

Please note that delivery of orders during the busy holiday season may take longer to arrive. Please order with plenty of time especially if you require international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total". We have tried to keep our postage costs as low as possible without compromising the safety of your products during shipping. Occasionally your shipping fee may be less than the total you have paid, in this case we refund the difference via PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to every country! To order please add your selected items to the shopping cart and select 'everywhere else' from the dropdown menu. Please ensure your full international address is stated on your PayPal contact details as we will ship to this address.

Will there be customs fees due when I buy from you?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges much be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these fees and we can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. To avoid any surprises, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
